The rules for using PEVLI to discover verified retailers, products and offers.
Who may use PEVLI
PEVLI is intended only for adults who meet the minimum legal age for tobacco purchase in their jurisdiction. Access is gated by a self-declared eligibility check; PEVLI does not verify identity or age documents and never claims to have done so.
What PEVLI provides
PEVLI is a discovery and information service. It does not sell, ship, broker or fulfil any product. All transactions happen directly between a consumer and a retailer, in person, subject to that retailer's own terms and applicable law.
Accuracy of listings
Availability, pricing, hours and offer details are reported by retailers and are not guaranteed by PEVLI. Every listing carries a freshness indicator showing when it was last confirmed. Always contact the retailer before travelling.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell or bulk-extract PEVLI data, misrepresent your eligibility, submit false reviews or reports, or attempt to access another account or business workspace.
Termination
PEVLI may suspend an account that breaches these terms. A suspended account keeps read access to public information but cannot post reviews, save favourites or use the assistant.
