Acceptable use and content policy

Standards for reviews, listings, imagery and assistant use.

Reviews

Reviews must describe a genuine experience with a store. No health claims, no promotion of underage use, no personal attacks, no content posted on behalf of a business about itself or a competitor. Reviews may be reported and removed.

Listings and imagery

Product and store content must be factual. Do not use imagery or language that appeals to minors, or that makes therapeutic, safety or health-benefit claims.

Assistant use

The assistant answers only from PEVLI's own data. Do not attempt to use it to obtain personal information about other users, to bypass verification, or to generate marketing claims PEVLI's data does not support. Use is rate limited per account.

Enforcement

Breaches result in content removal, account suspension, or removal of a business listing, depending on severity. Enforcement actions are recorded in an audit trail.
