Privacy notice
What PEVLI collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it removed.
What is collected
Account data: email address, display name and optional phone number. Eligibility data: the jurisdiction and birth year you declare at the age gate. Location data: only the coordinates or place label you choose in the location picker, used to rank nearby stores. Usage data: searches, product and store views, and assistant conversations.
How analytics are used
Aggregate demand signals are shown to retailers and to PEVLI administrators — for example how many people searched a term in a region, or how often a product page was viewed. Retailers can never see which individual consumer generated an event; the identifying column is withheld at the database level, not merely hidden in the interface.
AI processing
Assistant messages are sent to an AI provider together with a grounding extract of PEVLI data relevant to your question. Conversations are stored against your account so you can revisit them, and operational metadata (model, latency, token count, success) is recorded for cost and reliability monitoring.
Retention
Operational logs, rate-limit records and system events are trimmed automatically on a rolling window. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Your choices
You can change notification channels and alert categories at any time in account settings, clear your saved location, and request account deletion via the contact page.
