Retailer terms

Obligations for businesses listing on PEVLI Pro.

Verification

A business must submit accurate legal details and a valid licence before it can be listed as verified. Verification status is set only by PEVLI administrators; a business cannot approve itself. Submitting false documentation is grounds for immediate suspension.

Listing accuracy

Retailers are responsible for keeping availability, pricing, hours and offers accurate. Listings that go stale lose their confidence indicator and rank lower in discovery. Persistent inaccuracy is treated as a data-quality issue and may be escalated.

Offers and advertising

Offers must comply with all advertising restrictions applicable to this product category in the retailer's jurisdiction. Offers are subject to review and may be rejected, expired or suspended.

Team access

Owners and managers may invite staff. Invitations are single-use and expire. Staff have read and inventory access only; store profile, offers, billing and team management remain restricted to owners and managers.
